This Weekend At the Sando!

Friday 5th August:

With a line up featuring newly reformed Melbourne Harcore/Punk/Metal/Thrash band DEPRESSION, with local supports DEATHCAGE, UNKOWN TO GOD & DARK HORSE, this is a night for all those who like their music hard, fast and loud.
The night kicks of at 8pm and playing times are as follows:

DEPRESSION 10:45 – 11:45
DEATHCAGE 10:00 – 10:40
Unknown to God 9:05 – 9:40
Dark Horse 8:15 – 8:45

 


 

Saturday 6th August:

Saturday night will kick off (like it always does) at about 4pm when TICE & EVANS start your night off right with their own unique mixture of rock and blues. Its FREE downstairs, so pop on in for a beer or three and see what it takes to keep a 5 year long residency at the Sando!

THEN from 8pm, the night will really begin to kick off with supports ISHU & Daily Meds opening up the night for the launch of Joelistic’s album, Voyager. Best known as one of the founding members of TZU, and fresh off the back of his tour supporting Lowrider, head on up to the mainstage to check out a great night of hip-hop and electronica.

 

Sunday 7th August:

Come on in and chill out on your Sunday arvo with Simon Kinny-Lewis from 4pm. Noted as one of the most exceptional Australian Jazz/Blues singers, Simon has been playing live since he was 11. His third album Higher Heaven lead to him being named in The Sydney Morning Herald under “Ten Bands You Must Hear. Its downstairs, free and the perfect way to end a big weekend, with some relaxed tunes and a beer or three!!!
